Growing up, I've always enjoyed reading and writing creative stories. However, writing a full length novel wasn't really on my radar until recently. After three years of university and a decade in the workforce, I wanted to explore something different. I've always been an artistic person, and it was just a case of 'why not now?'. About a year ago, I started writing a few short stories; quickly realising how terrible I was. That was when I found inspiration through rom-com authors and decided to put my imagination to use!

Where do I even start?! Way too many to list, but some of my all time favourite authors through my childhood are Roald Dahl, Enid Blyton, R.L Stine, Agatha Christie, and Ann M Martin.

I love a wide range of genres, but there's just something about a good romance novel that gets me every time. I love it!

My debut novel is a contemporary romance set in the south of Western Australia. I am still writing the first draft, and find so much changes on a regular basis. I guess you'll have to subscribe to find out more about it!

Everything going well, my hope is to release in January 2024. But that really depends on how things go, as I am still working my corporate job and have a young child at home. Fingers crossed!

I officially started working on the novel at the start of September 2023. I've had a few things slow my progress, but I'll be fully committed as the silly season approaches.
